Requirements to be accepted at Camp:
The Camp Forms need to be filled out and mail before the arrival of the camper.
Trophy upgrade is available only during Advance Camps. Please make arrangements before the camp starts with indianhead Ranch Office.
In order to complete your Camper enrollment in any of the Indianhead Camps we will need to receive before her/his arrival the following forms: You can download these forms (see below) or we can mail, fax or email them to you.

- Medical Release
- Waiver and Release Agreement
- The camp equipment list gives you an idea of what to bring and what not to bring
- The Apprentice Camp requirements are what apprentice campers need to prepare before the camp.
- Please fill out all the forms.
- Mail or fax all pages except the first and last, (titled: Camp Equipment List and Apprentice Camp Requirements). Please return (8 Pages Total):
